Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your decorative craft product purchases. Under Australian Consumer Law, you have certain rights regarding returns and refunds. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@expelbackar.world with your order details. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number. You can also return items in person at our Brunswick East studio during business hours.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For cash purchases, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change of mind returns. However, if the item is faulty, defective, or we made an error in your order, we will cover return shipping costs.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for products of equal or greater value. If exchanging for a higher value item, you will need to pay the difference. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Warranty Claims

Products may come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims should be made directly to us, and we will facilitate the warranty process. Australian Consumer Law provides additional protections beyond manufacturer warranties.
